Can I have the list of hotels?
The list of hotels offering availability will depend on the date of your break. Once you have decided on a date and a location, log onto the booking website or call the booking line and you will be able to see the full list of available hotels for that date. As this list changes constantly there is no definitive list available.
When can I take my Break?
There are no dates blocked out on the Hotelpoints system. You can travel whenever there is availability showing at this €98 price from participating hotels. Please note availability may be limited during the peak summer months.
What type of hotels are they?
All our Hotels are of a minimum 3 star standard and approved by Fáilte Ireland or Northern Ireland Tourist Board. There are plenty of 4* hotels participating too.
Do we get the same service as other customers
There is no difference in the quality of service. The rooms, breakfast and the meal are the same for you as they are for the other customers.
How do I pay?
You can pay when you book online on www.greathotelbreaks.com with a Credit/Laser card. Alternatively you can book using the dedicated booking line 0818 242 008. Please note that bookings made through our booking line will incur an additional booking operator service charge of €4 (£3stg). For a Hotel Break, a 12.5% booking deposit including 23% VAT (€30.14) plus a card processing fee (€2.95) will be charged to your account, the balance (€165.86) is payable to the hotel on departure from your break. Please note in the event of a cancellation the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.
Can I use these vouchers for bank holiday weekends and during July / August?
The bank holiday weekends and the summer months are a busy time for the hotels. It is difficult to offer such a discounted rate for these periods and we don’t want to mislead you by saying we have lots of availability during this time. It may be possible to get a room but we cannot guarantee it.
Can I get a Hotel with a leisure centre?
We offer the choice of over 300 Hotels, many of which have a leisure centre; however they are subject to promotional availability. You will be able to see all hotel facilities when booking, depending on your dates of travel.
Can I take a last minute break?
Yes you will be able to check availability on any given day (including today) and travel on the same day subject to availability.
